OUR MISSION
Essayworld's mission is to provide additional insights through sample papers
to aid students in the writing of their own papers.
OUR HISTORY
Essayworld.com was founded in April 1998. Today Essayworld
is one of the leading essay resource websites on the Internet. Essayworld
provides the millions of students around the world a way to do research on
their papers by offering essays that other students have written on similar
topics. With these papers, students will be able to gain additional ideas
to compose a more complete paper. In addition to providing sample papers,
Essayworld also provides useful resources that benefit students.
Essayworld first began with approximately 300 essays. Titled Completely
Free Essays Online, the site first resided on FreeYellow's free website
service. In less then a year, Completely Free Essays Online's traffic grew
tenfold, and the decision to acquire a domain was made. In October 1998,
Essayworld.com replaced the name Completely Free Essays Online, and was then
hosted on Ezpublishing's servers.
With our continued rapid growth, we quickly outgrew the allocated space at
Ezpublishing, and the site was again moved, this time to
Communitech.net. Today, Essayworld
is still hosted on Communitech.net's Sun servers. With a database of several
thousand papers, Essayworld now receives thousands of unique visitors daily
from around the world.
